Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be in original condition, unused, with tags, packaging, and receipt/proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

  • Contact us to initiate a return request.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
